Privacy policy
We are committed to protecting your privacy. We collect the details provided by you on registration (name, address, email address and telephone numbers) and your visits to our web site. We will never pass your personal information to anyone else, except where we are required or permitted to do so by law.
We will NOT store your financial details.
Making time
For bridesmaid, flower girl, party, maternity and evening dresses, please allow us 4 - 5 weeks to make it (them).
For wedding dresses, please allow us 4 - 6 weeks to make it (them).
We will dispatch them right after we finish the making. Please note the making time is NOT guaranteed. Currently, 95% of customized making orders will be made in time.
Delivery
We will post the items via Royal Mail, ParcelForce OR HDL@HOME delivery services for UK customers. It normally will take 1 - 3 working days to arrive. A tracking number will be provided after dispatch.
We will post the items via Royal Mail International Airmail OR ParcelForce Worldwide for oversea customers. It normally will take 3 - 10 working days to arrive. A tracking number will be provide after dispatch.
Cancel your order
If you wish to cancel your order for any customized making dresses, you MUST inform us (via email OR phone) within 5 days after ordering, otherwise, we cannot cancel your order.
Return policy
We are happy to accept return for any item which is faulty (include made in wrong measurements). To do so, you must first contact us within 7 days of receipt. Once you have our agreement, you can return it to us. Please note that you will be responsible for postage and packaging costs. Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment.
ANY SMELL OR STAINS WILL DISQUALIFY THE DRESS FOR RETURN, AND WILL BE SENT BACK. We are experienced in detecting signs of wear so please don't wear for an occasion and then try to claim a refund.
Returns by post
Please remember to ask the Post Office for your proof of posting certificate (receipt) and retain it for your reference. We strongly suggest you to use recorded service for returning. The refund will be processed once your goods are received into our warehouse. Please note that it may take 2-3 working days for the refunds to show in your account.

Returning goods bought as special offers
If you return a single item bought as part of a multi-buy discount offer, you will be refunded the full price of that item less the total discount given in the offer. If you return all items purchased with the multi-buy discount you will be refunded with the full multi-buy value.
Statutory rights
Your UK statutory rights are not affected by our returns policy.
